A special Play date in Buckhead | Atlanta

First things first.

I LOVEEEEE PERSONALITY PORTRAIT PLAY DATES!!!

Why?

Because they are so stress free for everyone.

Kids can play in between the sessions, parents have fun with their friends and the next bathroom is just around the corner.

So is food and popsicles.

Only fun, trying props and showing your funny face when no one is watching.

"But Nina, how does it work? And how can I book a Playdate with you?"

You probably guessed it: It's super EASY and STRESS-FREE!

Talk to your friends / the people you hang out for playdates all the time.
Decide on the house where the playdate should take place!
Find a date and time that works for everyone. Plan for 1-2 hours depending on how many kids attend the Playdate.
Reach out to me and confirm the playdate details
I will need your friend's contact details
I will create a booking link for you and your friends to sign up for the session and pay the booking fee
TIP: If you get 11 or more kids signed up for your Playdate, I photograph the host family for FREE. NO BOOKING FEE!!!

On Play date day:

I will be arriving 30 minutes before your Play date crew, to set up everything and to get familiar with the place.
Once the guests arrive we can start taking pictures. Usually the kids are very interested in my props (hats & glasses) and want to try them on. I explain my flashlight and show them how it works without taking a picture.
Shy kids like to watch first but will come and take their pictures most likely later! And that's ok too! No pressure! They come when they are ready. Or I pull out the lollipops at the end!🤣
Sometimes people on Playdates ask me to add their pets into the photo. YES, I love to.
Most times, they want siblings, friends and best friends pictures too. NO PROBLEM!
What if a kid is super shy and only wants to sit with mom? I include mom in the picture first and then she transitions to sit beside me and talks to the kid. Works like a charm.
And speaking about mom's! They are my secret weapon, the ones that know their kids the best. Their favorite song, action figure, favorite food. The thing that lights up the eyes and gets their kid to talk about for hours. Thank you in advance for your service, mom's. I love working with you!!!

Finish line:

When I photographed all of the cute Play date kids, I will ask around if someone wants to add a special pairing or if someone has the feeling we didn't get enough photos of a child. I want to make sure everyone got a good amount of time with me!
No more requests? Perfect! I gather my gear & put your furnitures back in place.
Usually I ask for feedback right on the spot and hope that everyone had a great time with me!

7-14 days later:

This is a special moment. You get an email from me with a link that leads you to your Play date photo gallery.
From there you can download photos, purchase print products and share the gallery with family and friends to view. Any time! Whenever your schedule allows it!
The gallery will be open for about 2 weeks and before it expires you will get a few emails from me to inform you about your expiration date.
If you decide to order print products they will be at your house about 3 weeks after the gallery expires.
